Join Madleen and Musical Mindset (Apostole) for an an elemental evening of gentle yoga and kirtan around a fire, on earth, around the fire and feeling the wind while enjoying the sunset and a sound bath by Musical Mindset. 

About Musical Mindset:  

Paul Grosso aka Musical Mindset a multi-talented musician and sound healer who combines the power of live looping with a diverse range of instruments and genres. From native flute to jar harp, harmonica, didgeridoo, and his own vocals, Paul creates an immersive sound healing experience for each individual. As a sound healer, ceremony facilitator, and advocate for personal growth, he uses his raw expression and authenticity to guide others on their transformative journeys.  For Paul, music is not just a form of artistic expression; it is a reflection of his own experiences and a means to inspire and connect with others

About Madleen:

Madleen Alsabbah is a passionate and dedicated yoga instructor with a deep-rooted love for the practice. Her classes cater to a wide range of individuals, making yoga accessible to all, regardless of their experience or ability. She has recently been incorperating Mantra Singing (Kirtan) in her practices as she sees music and rhythm often create a meditative and uplifting atmosphere, aiming to connect participants with a higher power or spiritual essence. 

Together Paul and Madleen create a space for participants to come as they are and be as they are while sharing their offerings to the community. Their intention is to create a space where participants come into alignment with both their divine masculine and feminine through being and feeling. 

This event will take place at Picnic Point Fire pit #6 (last one).

Cost: $33

Things to Bring:

-Water 

-Yoga Mat

-Props like blocks (optional)

-Blanket (optional)

 

Please bring your best walking shoes. The walk from the parking lot to the fire pit spot is exactly 1 mile. Parking is free after 4:30 PM

 

There are no bathrooms on site! Nature is your best friend for this. :)
