Experience the powerful cacao from the the Double Volacanic Island of Ometepe in Nicuragua. Apostole and Madleen had the privelidge of visiting this island for 7 weeks where they experienced the powerful energy vortex, of duality through fire and water, male and female energies, converge.
On the Island, the volcanoes Concepción & Maderas rose from the bottom of Lake Nicaragua, Central America's largest lake.
Rising majestically, Volcán Concepción embodies the masculine energy and the element of fire. Its imposing presence and active status are a powerful symbol of strength and dynamic energy, offering breathtaking views and challenging trails for adventurers. In Contrast, the the lush and magical Volcán Maderas represents feminine energy and the element of water. Its dormant state and cloud-forested slopes house a mystical crater lake and creates a tranquil and nurturing spirit.
The island is also home to over 1,700 petroglyphs, echoing the voices of ancient civilizations, including the Mayans, who once graced this land. These ancient carvings, revealing spiritual and cultural significance, remind us of a time when Ometepe was known as 'The Island of the Gods' a sacred place of worship and connection with the divine.
